Tumescent Liposuction is a surgical technique carried out now a day to remove the unwanted fats present inside the body. Though this is a surgical process, the bleeding is very much reduced which is not possible in any other surgery because surgery is usually associated with excessive bleeding. Though liposuction is a safe process some evaluation should be made regarding patients before surgery.
Before undergoing this surgery the patients should undergo deep evaluation. The patients are thoroughly checked and their health conditions and blood pressure are noted. Also it is necessary to know whether the person has undergone any surgery before. Only after knowing the health details of the patients, surgery is carried out. The pre-surgical detail collected gives the clear cut in formations about the patient’s health conditions. The patients should not be that much obese. Usually amount of fat is reduced by either removing or by melting the fats. Depending up on the health conditions of the patients either of the above said process is carried out. Also nature of surgery depends on the area of fat to be removed. The patient should not involve in any heavy exercise before surgery and diet is taken only if it is recommended by the doctor. The type of analgesic used depends on the health conditions of the evaluated patients. There are four different types of analgesic. Usually local analgesic is used if the area of fat removal is less and it will affect the conscious of the patient. But if the evaluated person has intense fat accumulated inside the body then general analgesic is given for surgery.
